A Starbucks-inspired iced drink featuring bold espresso, sweet brown sugar, and creamy oat milk, shaken to a frothy finish with a hint of cinnamon.

- 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of ground cinnamon
- Ice cubes
- 1/2 to 3/4 cup oat milk (barista-style preferred)
Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of very strong coffee.
- While the espresso is hot, stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until fully dissolved.
- Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice.
- Pour the sweetened espresso over the ice.
- Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and chilled.
- Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
- Top with oat milk to taste and stir gently.
Notes
- For extra sweetness, add a splash of caramel syrup.
- Maple syrup can be used as a substitute for brown sugar.
- Almond or soy milk can replace oat milk.
