Description

A Starbucks-inspired iced drink featuring bold espresso, sweet brown sugar, and creamy oat milk, shaken to a frothy finish with a hint of cinnamon.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 shots espresso or 1/2 cup strong brewed coffee
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Ice cubes
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup oat milk (barista-style preferred)

Instructions

  1. Brew two shots of espresso or 1/2 cup of very strong coffee.
  2. While the espresso is hot, stir in the brown sugar, vanilla extract, and a pinch of cinnamon until fully dissolved.
  3. Fill a cocktail shaker or mason jar with ice.
  4. Pour the sweetened espresso over the ice.
  5. Shake vigorously for about 20 seconds until the mixture is frothy and chilled.
  6. Strain into a tall glass filled with fresh ice.
  7. Top with oat milk to taste and stir gently.

Notes

  • For extra sweetness, add a splash of caramel syrup.
  • Maple syrup can be used as a substitute for brown sugar.
  • Almond or soy milk can replace oat milk.
  • Sprinkle cinnamon or nutmeg on top for garnish.
  • Customize with your favorite flavored syrups.
