- 2 corn tortillas

- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and lightly fry the corn tortillas until they are slightly crispy. Set aside.
- In the same skillet, warm the refried beans until heated through. Spread evenly on the tortillas.
- Fry the eggs to your liking (sunny-side up is traditional), season with salt and pepper.
- Place the fried eggs on top of the bean-covered tortillas.
- Spoon the warm ranchero sauce over the eggs.
- Garnish with avocado slices, crumbled cheese, and chopped cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
