These Hot Honey Garlic Flatbread Pizzas are the perfect blend of sweet, spicy, and savory! Made with crisp flatbread, a garlicky tomato base, melty cheese, and a drizzle of hot honey, this quick and easy recipe is perfect for weeknight dinners or game day snacks.
Ingredients

2 flatbreads (naan or store-bought flatbread)

1 tablespoon olive oil

3 garlic cloves, minced

1/2 cup tomato sauce

1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 cup cooked chicken, shredded (optional)

1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon hot honey (plus more for drizzling)

Fresh basil leaves, for garnish

Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small pan over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in tomato sauce and red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3–4 minutes, then remove from heat.

Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet. Spread the garlic-tomato sauce evenly over each flatbread.

Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Add shredded chicken and red onion slices if using.

Drizzle 1 tablespoon of hot honey over the pizzas.

Bake for 10–12 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 1–2 minutes. Drizzle with more hot honey and top with fresh basil.
