Description

Rich, creamy fudge that tastes just like a cup of hot cocoa, topped with mini marshmallows for the ultimate cozy winter treat.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
  2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
  3. Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  6. Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
  8. Once set, lift the fudge out of the pan using the parchment overhang and cut into small squares.
