Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang for easy removal.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine semi-sweet chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
- Stir constantly until the mixture is smooth and fully melted.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Sprinkle mini marshmallows evenly over the top, gently pressing them into the fudge.
- Refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, or until firm.
