Ingredients

4 cups broccoli florets, chopped into bite-sized pieces

1 large Honeycrisp apple, cored and diced

1/3 cup sunflower seeds (or chopped almonds)

1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional)
For the dressing:

1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise for a creamier version)

2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced apple, cranberries, red onion, sunflower seeds, and cheddar cheese (if using).
