- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, diced apple, red onion, shredded carrots, cranberries, and pecans or sunflower seeds.
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
