Description

This Honey Mustard Turkey Avocado Sandwich is the perfect mix of savory, sweet, and creamy. Packed with deli turkey, fresh avocado, crisp lettuce, and tangy honey mustard sauce, it’s an easy lunch that’s both satisfying and full of flavor. Ready in just minutes!


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain or sourdough bread, toasted

  • 3-4 slices of deli turkey breast

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • 1-2 tablespoons honey mustard sauce

  • 1 slice of provolone or Swiss cheese (optional)

  • 2-3 leaves of romaine or green leaf lettuce

  • 2 slices of tomato

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Butter or mayo (optional, for toasting or spreading on bread)


Instructions

  1. Toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.

  2. Spread honey mustard sauce on one or both slices of bread.

  3. Layer turkey slices over one slice of bread.

  4. Add the cheese (if using), followed by avocado slices, tomato, and lettuce.

  5. Sprinkle a little salt and pepper on top for extra flavor.

  6. Top with the second slice of bread.

  7. Slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
