Description

Honey Mustard Chicken is a flavorful and juicy dish made with tender chicken breasts smothered in a sweet and tangy honey mustard sauce, perfect for a quick dinner or meal prep.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over them, coating each piece well.
  4. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  5. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized top.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • You can marinate the chicken in the sauce for a few hours for extra flavor.
