- 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, yellow mustard, honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a baking dish and pour the honey mustard sauce over them, coating each piece well.
- Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through and internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Optional: Broil for 2-3 minutes for a caramelized top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
