Ingredients

3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn, cut off the cob)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

2 tablespoons honey

2 ounces cream cheese, cubed

Salt and pepper, to taste

Optional: pinch of paprika or chopped fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions

Heat the skillet:
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together until bubbly. -
Add the corn:
Stir in the corn and cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and lightly golden in spots. -
Add the cream cheese:
Reduce heat to low and stir in the cream cheese. Cook until melted and creamy, stirring to coat all the corn.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. Garnish with a sprinkle of paprika or fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm.
