Description

Honey Butter Skillet Corn is a sweet and savory side dish made with just a handful of ingredients. It’s creamy, buttery, and bursting with flavor. Perfect for weeknight dinners or holiday meals, this quick stovetop recipe comes together in under 15 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 1 (16 oz) bag frozen corn (or about 3 cups fresh corn kernels)

  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and honey together.

  2. Add the corn and stir to coat. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the corn is heated through.

  3. Stir in the cream cheese until melted and fully combined.

  4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  5. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use canned corn, just make sure to drain it well.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you like a little heat.

  • This dish can be made ahead and reheated gently on the stovetop
