Description
A refreshing and tangy homemade strawberry lemonade made with fresh strawberries, lemons, and just the right amount of sweetness. Perfect for hot summer days or special gatherings.

- 1 lb fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
- 1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 4-6 lemons)
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 4 cups cold water
- Ice cubes, for serving
- Lemon slices and strawberry halves, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- In a blender, combine strawberries and 1 cup of water. Blend until smooth.
- Strain the strawberry puree through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove seeds.
- Add lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour in the remaining 3 cups of cold water and stir to combine.
- Taste and adjust sweetness by adding more sugar if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices and strawberries if desired.
Notes
- Use honey or maple syrup as a natural sweetener alternative.
- For a sparkling version, replace some of the water with sparkling water.
- Freeze leftover lemonade into popsicle molds for a frozen treat.
