- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
- 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and olive oil until smooth.
- Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Adjust seasoning to taste, if needed.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Serve chilled as a dressing or dip.
Notes
- You can substitute fresh herbs for dried if preferred—use 1 tablespoon of each.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Add a splash more buttermilk for a thinner consistency if desired.
