Description

A healthier version of classic ranch dressing made with Greek yogurt, perfect for salads, dips, and more.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt (non-fat or low-fat)
  • 1/4 cup low-fat buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, buttermilk, and olive oil until smooth.
  2. Add the lemon juice, garlic powder, onion powder, dried dill, dried parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. Adjust seasoning to taste, if needed.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled as a dressing or dip.

Notes

  • You can substitute fresh herbs for dried if preferred—use 1 tablespoon of each.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Add a splash more buttermilk for a thinner consistency if desired.
