- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Add flour, salt, and vanilla extract to the yeast mixture. Knead into a smooth dough.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal portions.

- Roll the halves into spirals and place in greased muffin tins, cut-side up.
- Let rise again for 30 minutes.

- Allow to cool slightly, then dust with powdered sugar or fill as desired.
Notes
- Fill with Nutella, jam, or cinnamon sugar before rolling for extra flavor.
- Sprinkle cinnamon sugar before baking for a classic finish.
- Add citrus zest for a fresh twist.
- Drizzle with glaze or chocolate post-bake for added indulgence.
