Ingredients
-
1 cup mayonnaise
-
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
-
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
-
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
-
2 teaspoons anchovy paste
-
2 garlic cloves, minced
-
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
-
Salt and black pepper, to taste
-
2 tablespoons olive oil
-
1-2 tablespoons water (to thin, if needed)
Instructions
-
In a medium bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and anchovy paste.
-
Stir in the minced garlic and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
-
Slowly drizzle in the olive oil while whisking to help emulsify the dressing.

Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
-
If the dressing is too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons of water to reach your desired consistency.
-
Transfer to a jar or airtight container and chill until ready to use.
Notes
-
Anchovy paste gives classic Caesar flavor, but you can omit it for a vegetarian version.
-
Use freshly grated Parmesan for best taste and texture.
