- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
- 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
- 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
- In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- In a large bowl, mix the blended mixture with shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired and serve warm with veggie sticks, crackers, or chips.

- Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
