Description

Healthy High Protein Buffalo Chicken Dip is a lighter version of the classic party favorite, made with Greek yogurt and cottage cheese for a creamy texture and added protein—perfect for game day or snacking.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast
  • 1/2 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup low-fat cottage cheese
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/4 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions or parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish.
  2. In a food processor or blender, blend cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the blended mixture with shredded chicken, hot sauce, cream cheese, shredded cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until fully combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions or parsley if desired and serve warm with veggie sticks, crackers, or chips.

  • Use rotisserie chicken for convenience and added flavor.
