Description

A creamy, spicy, and healthy buffalo chicken dip packed with protein, perfect for game day or any party snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
  • 1 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (like Frank’s RedHot)
  • 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Greek yogurt, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Stir in the shredded chicken and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
  5. Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and optional blue cheese.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
  7. Serve warm with veggie sticks, whole grain crackers, or chips.

Notes

  • Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
  • Adjust buffalo sauce to your spice preference.
  • Can be made ahead and reheated.
