Description

  • 1 pound ground beef

Instructions

  1. Brown the Beef: In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium-high heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
  2. Add Ingredients: Add the diced onion and garlic to the pot with the beef. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  3. Simmer: Stir in the diced tomatoes, enchilada sauce, green chilies, beef broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bring the soup to a simmer.
