Zucchini Salad:
- 3 medium zucchinis, sliced lengthwise into 1/4-inch thick strips

Instructions
- Preheat the Grill: Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat.

- Assemble the Salad: Arrange grilled zucchini slices in a bowl, top with cherry tomatoes, feta cheese, basil, and pine nuts.
- Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and pepper. Drizzle over the salad before serving.
