This grilled cream cheese sandwich is crispy on the outside, creamy on the inside, and super easy to make. It’s a fun twist on the classic grilled cheese—perfect for a quick lunch or comforting snack.
Ingredients

4 slices of bread (white, sourdough, or your favorite)

4 oz cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp butter, softened

1/4 tsp garlic powder (optional)

Pinch of salt

Optional: sliced green onions, herbs, or cooked bacon bits for extra flavor
Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the cream cheese with garlic powder, salt, and any optional add-ins you like.

Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese mixture on two slices of bread.

Top with the remaining slices to make two sandwiches.

Spread butter on the outside of each slice of bread.

Heat a skillet over medium heat.

Place the sandwiches in the skillet and grill for 3–4 minutes on each side, or until the bread is golden brown and crispy.
