- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

- Aluminum foil, for wrapping
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix the softened butter, dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Place each ear of corn on a piece of aluminum foil.
- Spread a generous amount of lemon dill butter over each ear of corn.
- Wrap the corn tightly in the foil to seal.
- Place foil-wrapped corn on the grill and cook for 15-20 minutes, turning occasionally, until the corn is tender.
- Carefully unwrap and serve hot with extra lemon dill butter, if desired.
Notes
- You can prepare the lemon dill butter ahead of time and refrigerate it.
- For a smoky flavor, grill the corn for a few minutes unwrapped after cooking.
- Fresh herbs like parsley or chives can be used in place of dill.
