Instructions
- Flatten the Bread: Using a rolling pin, flatten each slice of bread until thin.
- Roll Up: Place a half slice of cheddar cheese on one end of each slice, roll up tightly, and press gently to seal the edge.
- Cook: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat, brush with butter, and cook the roll ups seam side down for 2–3 minutes per side until golden brown and crisp.
- Serve: Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
