Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sour cream and mayonnaise.
- Add the finely chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Add lemon juice for extra tang, if using, and mix again.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld.
- Serve chilled with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.

- For a lighter version, use Greek yogurt instead of sour cream.
