Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives
  • 2 scallions
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cup spinach (optional, for color)
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend again until well incorporated.
  3. Add basil, parsley, chives, scallions, and optional spinach. Blend until the dip is a vibrant green and herbs are finely chopped.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
  6. Serve with fresh vegetables, pita chips, or crusty bread.
