Ingredients

Instructions
- In a food processor, combine feta cheese, Greek yogurt, and mayonnaise. Blend until smooth.
- Add garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil. Blend again until well incorporated.
- Add basil, parsley, chives, scallions, and optional spinach. Blend until the dip is a vibrant green and herbs are finely chopped.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving to let the flavors meld.
