- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup chopped tomatoes (seeded)
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Unroll crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, pressing seams together to form a single sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool completely.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and oregano until smooth and well combined.
- Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Top with chopped cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion, and feta cheese.
- Sprinkle with chopped parsley, salt, and pepper.
- Cut into squares and serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Seed the tomatoes to avoid excess moisture on the crust.
- Use an offset spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture evenly.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving for easier slicing.
