Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, grated red onion, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, cumin, mint, crumbled feta, salt, and pepper.
- Mix gently until just combined to avoid overworking the meat.
- Form into 4 evenly sized burger patties.
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and brush with olive oil.
- Cook patties for 4-5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness.
- Toast buns or pita bread lightly.
- Assemble burgers with tzatziki, lettuce, tomato, and red onion.
- Serve immediately with desired sides.
