- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cup chopped cucumber
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (seeds removed)

- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Lay out the flour tortillas on a flat surface.
- Spread a thin layer of hummus evenly over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle chopped cucumber, tomatoes, olives, red onion, feta cheese, and romaine lettuce evenly over the hummus layer.
- Season with oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Roll each tortilla tightly into a log shape.
- Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Slice each roll into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
Notes
