This flavorful one-pan Gochujang Salmon is a quick and easy meal featuring spicy-sweet Korean chili paste, perfect for weeknight dinners with minimal cleanup.

- 4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: sliced green onions and sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix gochujang, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and rice vinegar.
- Place salmon fillets on a lined or greased baking sheet.
- Brush the gochujang mixture generously over each fillet.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
- Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds if desired. Serve hot.
Notes
- You can marinate the salmon in the sauce for 30 minutes beforehand for deeper flavor.
- This dish pairs well with steamed rice or roasted vegetables.
