Instructions
- Spread the goat cheese evenly on one side of a slice of bread.
- Drizzle honey over the goat cheese and sprinkle with red pepper flakes (and optional black pepper or herbs).
- Top with the second slice of bread to form a sandwich.
- Spread butter on the outside of both slices of bread.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the sandwich for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and the cheese is warmed through.
- Remove from heat, let rest for a minute, then slice and serve warm.
