Description

Garlic Tzatziki Sauce is a creamy and tangy Greek condiment made with yogurt, cucumber, garlic, and herbs. It’s perfect as a dip, sauce, or spread.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cucumber, grated and drained
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture using a cheesecloth or clean kitchen towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and chopped dill.
  3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  4. Stir until well mixed and creamy.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
  6. Serve chilled as a dip, sauce, or spread.
