Description

These Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are soft, golden biscuit bites stuffed with seasoned ground beef, gooey melted cheese, and brushed with garlic butter and Parmesan. They’re the perfect finger food for parties or an easy weeknight treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or use small cheese cubes)

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)

  • 2 tbsp butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for butter topping)

  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Cook the beef: In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté chopped onion until soft. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat.

  • Stir in garlic powder, salt, pepper, ketchup, and mustard. Mix well and cook for 2 more minutes. Let the mixture cool slightly.

  • Flatten biscuits: Separate biscuits and flatten each into a 4-inch circle using your hands or a rolling pin.

  • Fill and seal: Place about 1 tablespoon of the beef mixture in the center of each dough circle. Add a small spoonful of shredded cheese or a cube of cheese on top. Fold edges over and pinch to seal completely.

  • Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.

  • Brush with garlic butter: Mix melted butter and garlic powder. Brush the tops of the bombs, then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

  • Bake for 15–18 minutes, or until golden brown.

  • Let cool for a few minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley if desired

Notes

  • These are best served warm so the cheese stays nice and melty.

  • You can swap out cheddar for mozzarella or pepper jack for extra flavor.

  • Great served with dipping sauces like ketchup, ranch, or burger sauce.

  • Make them ahead and reheat in the oven or air fryer to crisp them back up!
