- 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides.

- Reduce heat to medium, add butter to the same skillet and let it melt.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add Italian seasoning and stir to combine.
- Return chicken thighs to the skillet, skin-side up. Spoon some of the garlic butter over the top.
- Cover and simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes until chicken is cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving if desired.
Notes
- Use boneless thighs if preferred; reduce cooking time slightly.
- Great served with mashed potatoes, rice, or steamed veggies.
- Make sure not to burn the garlic for best flavor.
