Ingredients
-
1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough
-
4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved
-
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
-
2 cloves garlic, minced
-
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)
-
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
-
Pinch of salt
Instructions
-
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
-
Place half of a mozzarella stick on the wide end of each triangle.
-
Roll up the dough starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to keep the cheese inside.
-
Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.
-
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.
-
Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.
-
Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if using.
-
Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.
-
Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
-
Try using different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a twist.
-
Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter if you like a little heat.
-
These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes.
