Description

These Garlic Butter Cheesy Crescent Rolls are warm, golden, and packed with gooey melted cheese and rich garlic flavor. They’re the perfect side for pasta night, a cozy soup, or even as a snack on their own. With just a few ingredients and less than 30 minutes, you’ll have a crowd-pleasing treat everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 (8-ounce) can refrigerated crescent roll dough

  • 4 mozzarella cheese sticks, halved

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (or 1 teaspoon dried parsley)

  • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 8 triangles.

  3. Place half of a mozzarella stick on the wide end of each triangle.

  4. Roll up the dough starting from the wide end, tucking in the sides slightly to keep the cheese inside.

  5. Place the rolls on the prepared baking sheet.

  6. In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, and a pinch of salt.

  7. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over each roll.

  8. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan if using.

  9. Bake for 10–12 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is melted.

  10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • Try using different cheeses like cheddar or pepper jack for a twist.

  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter if you like a little heat.

  • These are best served fresh but can be reheated in the oven at 300°F for a few minutes.
