Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 baguette or French bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on each slice of bread.
  4. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top if using.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (182°C).
  6. Place bread slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for 4-6 minutes until golden and crispy.

Notes

  • Use garlic powder instead of fresh garlic for a milder flavor.
  • Add mozzarella cheese for an extra cheesy version.
  • Monitor closely to prevent burning as air fryers vary.
