- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/3 cup unsalted butter, cold and cubed
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the chopped fruit with granulated sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla extract. Spread evenly in a greased baking dish.
- In another bowl, mix the flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Cut in the cold butter using a pastry cutter or fingers until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs.
- Sprinkle the topping evenly over the fruit mixture.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the fruit is bubbly.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream if desired.

- You can use frozen fruit—just thaw and drain before using.
- Adjust sugar based on the sweetness of the fruit.
