- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups whipped topping (like Cool Whip), divided
- 1 can (21 oz) strawberry pie filling
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar in a bowl. Press the mixture into a 9×13 inch baking dish to form the crust.
- Bake crust for 8-10 minutes until lightly golden. Let cool completely.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract and mix until well combined.
- Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust.
- Spoon the strawberry pie filling over the cream layer and spread gently.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
- Garnish with fresh sliced strawberries before serving, if desired.
