Instructions

  1. Prepare and bake a 9-inch pie crust according to package or recipe instructions. Let it cool completely.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, cornstarch, and water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens and becomes clear.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the strawberry gelatin until completely dissolved. Let the mixture cool slightly.
  4. Arrange the fresh strawberries in the cooled pie crust.
  5. Pour the gelatin mixture evenly over the strawberries, making sure they are well coated.
