A chewy, nostalgic dessert bar that blends creamy peanut butter and gooey marshmallow fluff for a deliciously sweet treat reminiscent of the classic fluffernutter sandwich.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup light brown sugar, packed
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 jar (about 7 oz) marshmallow fluff
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in eggs and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Mix in peanut butter until smooth.
- Gradually stir in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Spread two-thirds of the dough into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
- Gently spread the marshmallow fluff over the dough layer using a warm or wet spatula.
- Drop spoonfuls of the remaining dough over the fluff and lightly spread to mostly cover.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes or until golden and set on top.
- Let bars cool completely in the pan before slicing.

- Add chocolate chips for a Reese’s twist.
- Use crunchy peanut butter for texture.
- Top with melted chocolate or peanut butter glaze.
- Make a s’mores version with graham crackers and mini chocolate chips.
