These Flower Pretzel Bites are a fun and colorful treat that’s perfect for parties, holidays, or a quick sweet snack. Made with just a few ingredients, they’re easy to assemble and add a pop of color to any dessert table. Great for kids to help make too!
Ingredients
-
40 mini pretzel twists
-
40 white chocolate melting wafers (like Ghirardelli or Wilton Candy Melts)
-
1 cup pastel M&M’s or similar colorful candy-coated chocolates
Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 250°F (120°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
-
Place pretzel twists in a single layer on the baking sheet.
-
Put one white chocolate wafer on top of each pretzel.
-
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 3–4 minutes, just until the chocolate softens (not melted).
-
Immediately press one M&M into the center of each softened wafer, then surround it with 5–6 M&Ms to form a flower shape.
-
Let the pretzel bites cool completely at room temperature, or speed up the process by placing them in the fridge for about 10–15 minutes.
-
Once set, store in an airtight container.
Notes
-
Use pastel or rainbow M&M’s for a bright floral effect.
-
You can also use colored candy melts to match different holidays or themes.
-
Keep these stored in a cool place to prevent the chocolate from softening.
