Description

Fireball Fluff Salad is a sweet and creamy dessert salad infused with the bold cinnamon flavor of Fireball whisky. It’s perfect for potlucks and festive gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1/4 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
  • 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and Fireball whisky until smooth and slightly thickened.
  2. Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the mixture and stir gently.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped pecans (if using), and ground cinnamon.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Stir gently before serving. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of Fireball whisky to taste or omit for a non-alcoholic version.
  • Can be made a day ahead for enhanced flavor.
  • Use fresh fruit instead of canned for a less sweet variation.
  • Pecans add a nice crunch, but can be left out for nut-free version.
