- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup cold milk
- 1/4 cup Fireball cinnamon whisky
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping (Cool Whip), thawed
- 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 1/2 cups mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix, cold milk, and Fireball whisky until smooth and slightly thickened.
- Fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Add the drained crushed pineapple and mandarin oranges to the mixture and stir gently.
- Fold in mini marshmallows, chopped pecans (if using), and ground cinnamon.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
- Stir gently before serving. Serve chilled.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of Fireball whisky to taste or omit for a non-alcoholic version.
- Can be made a day ahead for enhanced flavor.
- Use fresh fruit instead of canned for a less sweet variation.
- Pecans add a nice crunch, but can be left out for nut-free version.
