- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can corn, drained
- 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz) can tomato sauce
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt (optional)
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, tortilla chips, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot or Dutch oven over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking for 2–3 minutes until softened.
- Stir in black beans, kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, beef broth, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer for 20–25 minutes to blend flavors.
- Serve hot with your favorite toppings like cheese, sour cream, or tortilla chips.
