- 1 lb breakfast sausage
- 1 can (16 oz) refrigerated biscuit dough
- 6 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned and crumbled. Drain excess grease.
- Cut the biscuit dough into quarters and spread evenly in the prepared baking dish.
- Spread the cooked sausage over the biscuit pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the sausage and biscuits.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.
