- 3 cups crispy rice cereal
- 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or almond butter)
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, stir together the peanut butter and honey until smooth and well combined.
- Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
- In a large bowl, mix the crispy rice cereal and protein powder.
- Pour the warm peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Press the mixture evenly into the prepared pan using a spatula or clean hands.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour or until firm.
- Cut into bars and serve.
