- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced bell pepper, onion, and garlic. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5 minutes.
- Stir in cream cheese until melted and well combined with the beef mixture. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, eggs, heavy cream, Worcestershire sauce, and Italian seasoning.
- Spread the beef mixture in the prepared baking dish. Pour the egg and cream mixture evenly over the top.
- Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese evenly over the casserole.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Use thinly sliced steak instead of ground beef for a more authentic flavor.
- Feel free to add mushrooms or hot peppers for variety.
