- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, diced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup shredded provolone cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions and bell peppers, and sauté until softened, about 5-6 minutes.
- Add garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Stir in salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce, cream cheese, and mayonnaise until well combined and creamy.
- Transfer the beef mixture to a greased 9×13 inch casserole dish.
- Top with shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses.
- Bake uncovered for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
