- 2 ripe peaches, sliced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze

- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Transfer seared chicken to a baking dish. Top with peach slices and drizzle with balsamic glaze and honey (if using).
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with fresh basil before serving.
