- 1/2 red bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine diced mangoes, red bell pepper, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro.
- Drizzle with fresh lime juice and sprinkle with salt.
- Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
- Let sit for 10–15 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Serve fresh.
