Description
Easy Homemade Fruit Pops are refreshing, made with real fruit and juice, and are a healthier, customizable treat for warm days.
Ingredients
- Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, kiwis)
- Fruit juice (e.g., orange juice, apple juice, or coconut water)
- Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Lemon juice (a splash)
- Popsicle molds and sticks
Instructions
- Wash and chop your chosen fresh fruits into small pieces.
- Layer the fruit pieces into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
- In a small bowl, mix your chosen fruit juice with a splash of lemon juice and optional sweetener to taste.
- Pour the juice mixture into the molds, covering the fruit.
- Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
- To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pull them out.

- Use yogurt instead of juice for a creamy variation.
- Blend fruits for a smoother texture.
