Description

Easy Homemade Fruit Pops are refreshing, made with real fruit and juice, and are a healthier, customizable treat for warm days.

Ingredients

  • Fresh fruit (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, mangoes, kiwis)
  • Fruit juice (e.g., orange juice, apple juice, or coconut water)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • Lemon juice (a splash)
  • Popsicle molds and sticks

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop your chosen fresh fruits into small pieces.
  2. Layer the fruit pieces into popsicle molds, filling them about ¾ full.
  3. In a small bowl, mix your chosen fruit juice with a splash of lemon juice and optional sweetener to taste.
  4. Pour the juice mixture into the molds, covering the fruit.
  5. Insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 4–6 hours or until completely solid.
  6. To release the pops, run warm water over the outside of the mold for a few seconds and gently pull them out.

Notes

  • Use yogurt instead of juice for a creamy variation.
  • Blend fruits for a smoother texture.
  • Add mint or basil for a herbal touch.
  • Layer different juices or purees for a colorful look.
