- 1 small Roma tomato, diced (optional)
Instructions
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a medium bowl.
- Mash the avocados with a fork until chunky or smooth, depending on your preference.
- Add finely chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, chopped cilantro, fresh lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Stir to combine and taste for seasoning. Fold in diced tomato if using.
