- 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
- Optional: extra Oreos for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
- Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
- Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and top with extra Oreo pieces if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with moist crumbs.
