  • 1 cup (200g) granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup (40g) unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup (65g) all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 12 Oreo cookies, roughly chopped
  • Optional: extra Oreos for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine melted butter and sugar until well blended.
  3. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until light and fluffy.
  4. Sift in cocoa powder, flour, and salt. Stir until just combined.
  5. Gently fold in the chopped Oreo cookies.
  6. Spread the batter evenly into the prepared pan and top with extra Oreo pieces if desired.
