Description

Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these Easy Fried Cheese Bites are the perfect snack for parties or casual cravings.


Ingredients

  • Cheese cubes (cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix)
  • All-purpose flour
  • Eggs
  • Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes and freeze for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Prepare three bowls: one with flour mixed with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper; one with beaten eggs; one with breadcrumbs and optional Italian seasoning.
  3. Coat cheese cubes in the flour mixture, dip into eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs. Repeat egg and breadcrumb step for extra crunch.
  4. Place coated cubes on a plate and chill for 10 more minutes.
  5. Heat oil in a deep skillet or fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Fry cheese bites in batches for 1–2 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
  8. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.
